Many years of experience in laser cutting

Since 1998, when we purchased our first laser cutter, we have built extensive expertise in this processing method.

With three laser cutters featuring the latest technologies and a team of skilled industrial technicians, we are ready to offer you laser cutting of the highest quality delivered on time.

Laser cutting is the most flexible and commonly used method for cutting materials from sheets to plastic. In addition to plastic, we can also laser cut fiberglass materials with precise cut edges.

Efficient plastic processing with high precision

The thermal cutting process ensures impressive results with millimeter precision down to 0.2 mm accuracy and outstanding cut quality with minimal heat impact.

This guarantees smooth edges and an excellent finish, whether for small or large cuts.

Our laser cutters enable quick and cost-effective production without compromising on quality.

This is also due to the high flexibility and low startup costs associated with laser cutting a part, as there are no expenses for molds or die tools.

Laser-Cut components
for Industry

Laser cutting serves as a processing method in a multitude of projects for many of our customers across various industries, such as the medical and electronics sectors.

This includes products such as spacers, safety shields, panels, cabinets, and other technical components.

By laser cutting plastic, we can produce custom-designed plastic parts based on your STEP files and drawings. This applies to both small and large series productions, as well as prototypes.

Questions and answers
  • If you would like to receive a non-binding quote or place an order, simply send an email to induflex@induflex.dk.

Please attach a drawing of your item in either DXF or STEP format, and optionally a PDF.

You are also welcome to call us at 9837 1988 or fill out the contact form below – we will ensure that the right team member contacts you.

We will send you a quote with a price before we start producing your order, unless we agree otherwise.

  • We can typically accommodate your request for laser-cut machine parts in standard materials within 8-14 working days.

However, this depends on the complexity of your machine parts.

  • Our laser cutters can handle sheets up to a size of 3000 x 2200 x 20 mm.

If your product needs to be cut from a thicker sheet, our cutting plotters or CNC milling machines can easily take on the task.

  • At Induflex, we can produce even very tight tolerances in plastic.

When you order a plastic component from us, it will meet the Danish Standard ISO 2768-1 (medium) as standard. We measure tolerances at room temperature, around 21 °C.

Of course, we can agree on a different tolerance if you wish.

  • We primarily cut acrylic, ABS, PA (nylon), PETG, and PS on our laser cutters.

With laser cutting, there are virtually no limitations on geometry, and no pressure marks. It’s also possible to cut through multiple layers of different materials, such as polycarbonate or polystyrene (PS) with adhesives, as well as materials like polyester (e.g., Mylar, PETG, Axpet®, Vivak®) and PVC-free film.

Many sheets and films need to be cut precisely according to the screen or digital print on the part.

In collaboration with Trivision, we’ve developed a vision system that automatically adjusts the cutting to align perfectly with the print.

However, some materials, like MDF, may not be cost-effective for small laser-cutting batches due to the cleaning and part changes required after cutting.

Certain materials are better suited for knife cutting on a plotter, which we also offer.

If you're unsure whether a specific material can be laser-cut, feel free to contact us for assistance.

  • We do not recommend laser cutting polycarbonate as it tends to burn.

Instead, we can mill your polycarbonate parts according to your specifications and measurements.

Please note that while laser cutting results in a clear edge, milling will leave the edge matte.

Apart from this difference, milling and laser cutting are quite comparable in terms of precision, and both methods provide highly accurate results.
