The variety of plastic components we produce for our customers in the medical industry is vast. These include items such as housings, fixtures, guides, enclosures, door plates, spring holders, auxiliary tools, and much more.

Complete component documentation

For 13 years, Induflex has been approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration to produce technical plastic components for various industries. This means we comply with the EU Directive EU10 / 2011, Annex IV, Article 18, which ensures that we provide full documentation of materials used in products such as medical equipment.

Our plastic range includes relevant migration tests, conducted in laboratories by our raw material suppliers, making it easy for you to ensure that the materials meet your specific requirements.

We collaborate exclusively with European suppliers who meet our strict quality standards, guaranteeing high-quality plastic materials with full traceability.

Traceability of your machine parts

In the medical industry, full traceability of materials is critical for safety and regulatory compliance. If a plastic component is found to be faulty, it must be possible to trace the exact machine, production time, and material batch used.

This allows tracking from the final solution supplier, like a conveyor belt, back to the manufacturer of the plastic sheet used for the component. The plastic is tested for medical suitability at an authorized lab, and a certificate is issued confirming compliance with regulations.

This ensures each component is safe, traceable, and reliable for medical use.

  • At Induflex, we can achieve very tight tolerances in plastic.

When you order a plastic component from us, it adheres to the Danish Standard ISO 2768-1 (medium) by default. We measure tolerances at room temperature, around 21°C.

Of course, we can agree on different tolerances if you prefer.

  • Almost all of our plastic types are standard-approved for food contact materials.

However, ABS is not approved for use in food production.

  • The short and long answer is no.

Our plastic materials are standard FCM-approved, and therefore it does not affect the price.
